Solution:

West is guarding the spades and East has to guard the 6. Who will guard the clubs?

Cash the K, get to hand with a heart, cash K-J, then all the hearts. When the last heart is played, this is the position:

North S 9 H - D - C A103 West East S J S - H - H - D - D 10 C Q86 C J92 South S - H J D 6 C K7

You play the J and West has to keep his spade, so he discards a club. Dummy discards the 9 having served it's purpose and East feels the pressure now. He too has to discard a club in order to keep the diamond guard. Now play K and a club to the ace!

A classic double squeeze materialised.
